Deep, dark red in colour, this shiraz has a bouquet combining dark cherries and a hint of toasty oak. The palate is full bodied with intense ripe fruit coupled with subtle spiciness. Soft lush tannins ensure the wine finishes long and smooth. While drinking well now, the wine will reward medium term cellaring.

The Romina Vintage Fortified Shiraz is dark red in colour, has an intense bouquet of coffee, chocolate and raisin and a complex, rich palate of sweet plum and spice. It has a smooth, round and dry finish.
Made from late harvest shiraz fruit in the style of a Portugese vintage port.

A different year again with all the varieties ripening earlier than usual as a result of the previous dry winter and hot, dry easterly winds in late spring which hindered good pollination. We are, however, very happy with our extra virgin olive oils and are confident they will win awards again this year.
