Produced from 100% estate grown Shiraz with the addition of 5% Viognier, the wine is deep red in colour with a combination of white pepper, raspberries and an earthiness on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with hints of white pepper, plums and mixed spice. The smooth tannins combined with good acid and fruit balance ensure a lingering finish.
